About this winery

Vins El Cep, winegrowers since 1448, was born from the union of four families of winegrowers and four estates. Located in the Costers de l’Anoia, in Can Llopart de les Alzines, we are pioneers in ecological and biodynamic viticulture.

Product notes

The viticulture is certified organic. Calcareous sandy soils. Very gentle, low-pressure pneumatic press, with only a 45-50% must extraction. Fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel tanks. Certified vegan winemaking. Four months sur lie with battonage in stainless steel.

Tasting notes

Bright pale yellow colour. It has a delicate nose with notes of sweet white fruits and a touch of citrus that suggests plenty of freshness. In the mouth it presents an acidity that is very well integrated with the fruit, balanced and complex. Very clean with a long finish.
