Product notes

From vineyards in the Basses-Laurentides region of Quebec, grown on clay-sandy soils under a cool climate. Cuvée William Rouge is made from cold-hardy hybrid grape varieties. Vinified in stainless steel with controlled macerations to preserve fruit purity, freshness and overall balance.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby color. Aromas of cherry, red berries and subtle spice. The palate is juicy and approachable, with soft tannins, refreshing acidity and a clean finish.
