Product notes
From vineyards in the Basses-Laurentides region of Quebec, grown on clay-sandy soils under a cool climate. Cuvée William Blanc is made from cold-hardy hybrid grape varieties, vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness, aromatic purity and local terroir expression.
Tasting notes
Pale, bright color. Expressive aromas of green apple, pear, citrus and floral notes. The palate is lively and well-balanced, with crisp acidity, supple texture and a refreshing finish.
