Production notes
Hand-harvested, the grapes were directly pressed and fermented in oak barrels. Bottling took place 12 months after ageing on lees.
Tasting notes
Pale gold in color, this wine expresses itself on the nose with energetic, concentrated notes of citrus and ripe white fruit (pear, apple, peach). Powerful and refreshing, it has a fine structure that enhances delicate floral, fruity and mineral nuances that are perfectly complemented by vanilla wood.
