Production notes
After direct pressing of the harvest, the must was placed in oak barrels. Fermentation and ageing took place in these containers for 10 months.
Tasting notes
Pale gold in color, this wine releases aromas of summer fruits (pear, mirabelle plum) enhanced by hints of vanilla and toast. The attack is frank and ample on the palate, the fruit very present is carried by the beautiful fluidity of the wine. Finishes elegantly with toasty notes.
