Product notes
From vineyards near the village of Chichée, on the left bank of the Serein River, grown on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. This Chardonnay is fermented with native yeasts, mainly in stainless steel, and aged on fine lees to preserve purity, tension and terroir expression.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow color. Precise aromas of lemon, green apple and chalky notes. The palate is crisp and mineral, with bright freshness and a saline finish.
