Domaine du Tix is located in the Ventoux appellation on hillside vineyards at around 350 meters altitude. The limestone-clay soils with rocky elements ensure excellent drainage and help concentrate the grapes. The influence of Mont Ventoux brings cool nights, preserving natural acidity. The result is a terroir that blends Mediterranean sunshine with Alpine freshness and balance.
Pale, luminous pink color. The nose is delicate with red berries, citrus zest, and white flowers, along with a subtle hint of garrigue. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a light texture and well-balanced acidity. Flavors of strawberry and grapefruit lead to a crisp, saline, lemony finish. An elegant, refreshing rosé, ideal for warm-weather enjoyment.
