Product notes
From Alsatian vineyards planted on mineral-rich Oligocene pebble soils. Farmed organically and biodynamically, this Pinot Noir is fermented with native yeasts and gentle macerations, then partially aged in oak to preserve finesse, fruit purity and terroir expression.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, fine spice and subtle smoky notes. The palate is elegant and fresh, with silky tannins and a refined finish.
