Product notes
From selected parcels in Champagne, mainly in the Côte des Blancs, grown on chalky soils that enhance finesse and tension. Made exclusively from Chardonnay, this champagne is fermented in stainless steel and aged extensively on lees. With no dosage, it highlights fruit purity and mineral expression.
Tasting notes
Pale gold color with fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers and chalky notes. The palate is precise and focused, with fresh acidity and a long, saline finish.
