Product notes
From vineyards in the Monferrato area of Piedmont, grown on clay-limestone soils that promote finesse and freshness. Grignolino is fermented in stainless steel with gentle macerations to preserve its delicate color, aromatic purity and natural elegance, followed by brief tank aging.
Tasting notes
Pale ruby color. Delicate aromas of strawberry, rose, white pepper and dried herbs. The palate is light and fresh, with fine tannins and a lively, spicy finish.
