From the limestone hills of the Gavi commune in Piedmont, this white wine showcases the finesse of Cortese. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, lemon, and green apple. The palate is fresh, elegant, and mineral-driven, with vibrant tension and a crisp, persistent finish. “Gavi di Gavi” refers to a Gavi wine coming from the historic heart of the appellation.

A refined bouquet of good intensity and persistence, offering delicate floral aromas. Straw yellow color. On the palate it is fresh, graceful and well-structured.
