Product notes
From parcels located in the heart of the Mâconnais, on classic clay-limestone soils of Pouilly-Fuissé. This Chardonnay benefits from a temperate climate that promotes ripeness and balance. Vinified with careful fermentations, mainly in stainless steel, with partial barrel aging to add complexity and roundness while preserving fruit purity.
Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow color. Aromas of white peach, pear, citrus and floral notes. The palate is harmonious and elegant, combining freshness, silky texture and a mineral-driven finish.
