Production notes
Deep ruby color. Aromas of black cherry, plum, garrigue and spice. The palate is supple and generous, with ripe tannins and a fresh, spicy finish.
Tasting notes
From vineyards in the southern Rhône Valley, grown on clay-limestone and stony soils under a Mediterranean climate. A blend led by Grenache with Syrah and Mourvèdre. Vinified in tanks with traditional macerations, followed by aging in tanks and large oak casks to preserve fruit and character.
