The Domaine Arnaud Lambert wines are the result of the transition of the Saint Cyr and the Domaine Saint-Just label, which was founded by Arnaud´s father Yves. The father/son team began working together in 2005, and in 2009, they also became managers of the viticultural estate of the Château de Brézé. Product notes
From the Clos Mazurique vineyard in Saumur-Champigny, planted on clay-limestone soils rich in tuffeau. This Cabernet Franc is organically farmed. Fermented in stainless steel with gentle maceration, then aged in tanks and large oak casks to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, violet and peppery notes. The palate is fresh and juicy, with fine tannins and an elegant finish.
