The Domaine Arnaud Lambert wines are the result of the transition of the Saint Cyr and the Domaine Saint-Just label, which was founded by Arnaud´s father Yves. The father/son team began working together in 2005, and in 2009, they also became managers of the viticultural estate of the Château de Brézé. Tasting notes
This 100% Chenin Blanc is sparkling, crisp and mineral, blending a concentrated palate of citrus and sweet honey with a lively, salty finish. Only 10% of the fruit is aged in oak barrels, and no malolactic fermentation is used to calm the invigorating acidity.
