Product notes
From vineyards in Novello in the Langhe, grown on marl-limestone soils that enhance finesse and complexity. A rare native variety, Nascetta is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, then aged on fine lees to preserve freshness, texture and aromatic expression.
Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow color. Aromas of citrus, pear, herbs and floral notes. The palate is fresh and structured, with lively tension and a mineral, persistent finish.
