L'Absintherie des Cantons is a family-run microdistillery located in Granby, in the Eastern Townships, and represents the culmination of many years' work. Our products are distilled slowly, carefully and in small batches. We use plants grown here and harvested by hand.

Distilled in the French West Indies and spiced in Quebec's Eastern Townships, Lindberg rum is the result of a collaboration between Robert Charlebois and Absintherie des Cantons.
