Production notes

Destemming and crushing in a controlled environment, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (28-30°C) with grape skins for 16-10 days. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to oak barrels and aged for 38 months, including a minimum of 18 months in 25/50 hl French oak.

Tasting notes

Intense garnet-red with orange nuances. The nose is elegant, with notes of violets, red berries and leather. On the palate, the wine is structured and harmonious, with persistent, well-integrated tannins. This Barolo is a perfect match for pasta with mushrooms or a cheese sauce, Alba white truffles, red meat and game, stews or aged cheeses.
