About this winery
Their wines are rigorously crafted both in the vineyard and in the cellar: yield control, leaf thinning, separate vinification for each terroir... Château Ponzac's plots are located on the Cahors plateau, which enjoys a cooler climate than the rest of the appellation and produces wines with an original profile: vibrant expression of fruit, plenty of freshness and length on the palate. Very easy to digest!

Tasting notes
Lots of red fruit, floral notes, round, supple and lively on the palate. Drink young for its crispness.
