Product notes
"Les Forots" (The Forest) Côtes du Rhône Rouge is made from 60-year-old vines in the northern Rhône Valley. The Syrah grapes are from a limestone outcrop within the Cornas appellation.
Production notes
Hand harvested bunches are 100% de-stemmed and lightly crushed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 9 months, 25% in one- to four-year-old oak barrels.
