Product notes
The Barolo appellation is rooted in calcareous clay and marl soils. A continental climate with foggy autumns and warm summers allows Nebbiolo to ripen slowly, building structure, aromatic complexity and age-worthy tannins.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet colour. Complex nose of cherry, rose, dried herbs and hints of spice. The palate is structured and elegant, with firm tannins balanced by fresh acidity. Flavours of red fruit, licorice and earthy notes lead to a long, persistent and refined finish.
