Deep ruby. Aromas of cherry black currant and licorice are complicated by succulent floral and cracked pepper nuances. Dark berry and bitter chocolate flavors show good concentration and steadily become more energetic on the back half. The floral note recurs on a persistent gently tannic finish that displays impressive energy and spicy lift.
