Product notes
From Sancerre parcels on limestone and flint soils, in a cool, windy climate. This Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel with gentle maceration, then lightly aged on lees to enhance complexity and softness while preserving fruit purity and terroir expression.
Tasting notes
Light ruby color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, violet and subtle spice. The palate is elegant and fresh, with fine tannins, bright precision and a slightly mineral, lingering finish.
