Production notes

Pressing and settling. Fermentation at 17°C. No malolactic fermentation on the white. Aged on lees for 7 months, then bottled.

Tasting notes

Honeyed peach, acacia flowers, brioche, and plenty of spicy notes all emerge on the nose, and it hits the palate with medium-bodied richness, a round, elegant mouthfeel, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish.
