Product notes
From parcels in Monnières in the heart of Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, grown on gabbro and granite soils. This Melon de Bourgogne is fermented in stainless steel and aged extensively on fine lees to build texture, complexity and mineral expression.
Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow color. Aromas of citrus, green apple and subtle saline notes. The palate is crisp and mineral, with lively acidity and a clean, persistent finish.
