About this winery
The Domaine Arnaud Lambert wines are the result of the transition of the Saint Cyr and the Domaine Saint-Just label, which was founded by Arnaud´s father Yves. The father/son team began working together in 2005, and in 2009, they also became managers of the viticultural estate of the Château de Brézé. Production notes
Chenin Blanc grown on 70 year old vines. Aged for 24 months, 50% in barrel and 50% in older 30 hL foudres (20% new oak).
Tasting notes
The palate is generous with freshly cut granny smith apples and a squeeze of lemon. The finish is long and laden with minerality. Allow the wine to breathe and evolve before enjoying.
