Coming from a farming background, we know that everything starts in the vineyard. Working the soil and respecting the plant are prerequisites for a healthy, ripe, high-quality harvest. This is the beginning of a process that continues from the harvest, carried out at the optimum moment of grape ripeness, then in the winery and cellar, right through to bottling.

Product notes
From high-altitude vineyards in the Hautes Vallées de l’Aude, grown on clay-limestone soils under a cool climate influence. Made primarily from Chardonnay, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, purity of fruit and the expression of its terroir. Pale, bright color. Fresh aromas of green apple, lemon and white flowers. Crisp and well-balanced on the palate, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
