About this winery
Their wines are rigorously crafted both in the vineyard and in the cellar: yield control, leaf thinning, separate vinification for each terroir... Château Ponzac's plots are located on the Cahors plateau, which enjoys a cooler climate than the rest of the appellation and produces wines with an original profile: vibrant expression of fruit, plenty of freshness and length on the palate. Very easy to digest!
