Fumaio IGT is an exciting Chardonnay-Sauvignon Blanc blend from Montalcino by the Tuscan pioneers; Castello Banfi. A bright and vibrant white with an abundance of citrus and white stone fruit as well as a streak of racy acidity... perfect for summer sipping! Bright and attractive aromas of lemon, green apple and hints of peach and apricot. Crisp, clean and lively on the palate with racy, vibrant acidity that underpins a further core of citrus and white stone fruit with a nice mineral-infused finish.
