About this winery
Canada’s fruit basket – one of the southernmost parts of Canada - an idyllic little peninsula with a unique microclimate due to the ocean-like Great lakes that surround it. Dolomitic Limestone abounds here - interspersed with clay - giving the wines intense perfume; a rich mouthfeel and a defining iron grip that speaks of the Escarpment where the grapes are grown – the same Escarpment from whence tumble the world-famous ‘Niagara Falls.’

Product notes
From selected vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula, benefiting from a cool climate moderated by Lake Ontario and diverse soils that enhance finesse. This Chardonnay is carefully fermented, partly in French oak barrels, then aged on lees to build texture and complexity while maintaining freshness.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow color. Elegant aromas of pear, ripe apple, lemon and subtle buttery notes. The palate is focused and balanced, with fine minerality and a long, refined finish.
